Adrenal fatigue affects up to 80% of the population worldwide so it’s nothing to be taken lightly.  With a little acknowledgement, the steps to help solve these issues are fairly simple.

Chronic stress and lifestyle affects the body’s ability to recuperate from physical, mental and emotional stressors.

Symptoms of adrenal fatigue: body aches, trouble concentrating, racing thoughts, overwhelmed, irritable, anxious, moodiness, hormonal imbalance, salty/sweet cravings, decreased libido, fatigue, decreased immunity and many more.

Adrenal glands are part of the endocrine system which are involved in producing several hormones – this affects every function, organ and tissue either directly or indirectly.

Causes of Adrenal Fatigue:

  • Stressful experiences
  • Environmental toxins
  • Prolonged stress – financial, relationship, health, etc.

  • Lack of sleep
  • Poor diet/lack of exercise

Treatments:
