I believe that fitness should be something that you like doing and have passion towards.  Exercise isn’t something that is punishment to our bodies, but it is something that we do because we take care and reward the body that we have.  Our bodies were meant to move and crave exercise.  

Over the past decades of my life, I have done lots of different fitness regimes depending on where I was in my life.  When I was a teenager, I didn’t like exercising very much, so I would go on binge – excess exercise cycles on the elliptical trainer.  This was the exact wrong approach of making exercise a positive motivator in my life.  

When I was childless, I spent years training for marathon after marathon.  I loved (and still do love) running.  There is nothing better than the endorphins you feel after finishing a long run where you gave it your all and left nothing behind or seeing the infamous finish line of any race!  Running marathons got my out of my comfort zone, helped me grow in ways I couldn’t have imagined, and taught me a lot about myself.

When I had children, I was all about the quick, intense workouts that gave me results, burned fat and helped lose the baby weight.  I love HIIT workouts because they are quick, intense, and provide amazing results.   

I have been a personal trainer for 10 years having worked in numerous settings providing all kinds of workouts for whatever my clients needed and had a passion for.  I am also a licensed acupuncturist, so I also have great knowledge about your health and wellbeing.  I love to tie everything together for an absolute holistic approach.  I hope you decide to work with me and learn what you’re passionate about and get the results you’ve been seeking.
