Must Haves for 10 Month Olds

I haven’t done one of these posts in a few months but I thought it was time to get one up.   Here is the must haves for 7 month olds and here are the must haves for newborns also.

Aiden is at a really fun age now and is loving a lot of new things.

Camelbak Water Bottle.  My mom got this for Aiden a couple months ago now because he was always wanting to drink out of my big water bottle.  He loves this thing and we bring it everywhere with us.  I was lucky that we never had any problems getting him to like sippy cups or water bottles.

Step Two Push Around Buggy. Aiden got this for Christmas and he loves it!  We are constantly going for rides around the house for now with all the snow on the ground.

Food Pouches. These are very handy!  We always have some on hand for on-the-go and in a pinch when we don’t have a good meal planned for him (or when we’re both sick with the flu).

Oball Toys. We’ve had these types of toys for him for a while now and he has liked the at different stages for different things.  Right now, he really loves “playing catch” with us with it.  We roll or gently throw the ball to him and he throws it back.  So much fun and good for hand-eye coordination.

Interactive Books.  Aiden is really liking to read a lot but he much prefers interactive books with texture, flaps, fold-outs and mirrors.  We read before every nap and at night.

      • Aria’s is in the front room so she is always wanting rides. She tries to climb in herself too…she gets herself one leg in and her butt on the bottom where the feet go so far. Then she asks for help.

I’ve been keeping track of what Aria is playing with the most so I can suggest 1 year presents! Her edushape sensory balls, leap frog musical table, pewi ybike, b. toys cat keyboard, and blocks she can knock over. She really plays with everything everybody got her, which is awesome, but she goes to those the most I think! Maybe one of those will be the ticket for Aiden too!
