I hope everyone is spending quality time with loved ones and having a fun weekend! We’re having a pretty low-key holiday over here. David and I relaxing together drinking Starbucks for the time being and I’m not sure what the rest of the day will bring. I know studying for a physics test will come at some point, but for now, I’m procrastinating. I miss my family for sure.
In order to keep myself motivated and on track, I decided to comprise a workout plan at the beginning of each week, so I have a plan to follow. As a runner, I thrive on having training plans to follow and when I’m just working out to stay healthy and in shape, sometimes I have a hard time deciding what I want to do that day. I guess it’s just my type A personality, but we have to work with what we have right? So here is what I’m doing this week!
A couple of weeks ago, we ordered a DNA test to see what Otis’ breed actually is, since we were not seeing signs of either a lab or corgi and this is what came back (yes we are a little weird)!
We didn’t even have one breed of him correct! No wonder he has so much energy… russel terriers are known for all their energy.
