Today started like any other Wednesday; work at 6 am and then workout. Â I actually completed the Insanity 60 days last week, but I love it so much that I decided to keep doing it this week. Â I did the 55 minute plyo video and man did it kick my butt. Â You would think that after 60 days of this, it would start to feel easier….NOPE! Â I can do the exercises better, but it’s still just as hard.
Now, I promise I do eat healthy about 90% of the time. Â I really am conscious about what goes into my body and I try to avoid processed food as much as possible. Â I even ate a salad for lunch! Â With that said, I do love junk food on the occasion. Â The Habit is a burger joint that started in southern California. Â My husband is from northern California, but has family in the south and visited this place when he would visit them. Â He loves their food and we saw that one opened in our neck of the woods in Arizona, and immediately I knew we would be visiting there soon!
This is definitely the cheat meal of the week… Â wheew, now that that’s outta the way, it’s back to my beloved veggies!
